Study Guide Questions:
1. What other kingdom besides the Kingdom of God do we walk in? _____________________________ (pg. 5)
2. What do we need to read scriptures properly?____________________________ (pg. 5)
3. Which are we more of? Flesh, Spirit or Body (pg. 5)
5. How are we able to walk in the Spirit? ___________________________________ (John 1:12)
6. What is that other kingdom?
As you continue in the study, pay attention to your thoughts. Thoughts come from three areas... You (your personality and memories), God, the Word, and the Devil... lies and accusations. Start to see them in these three categories.
As we continue, we are going to begin to see how much we really do walk in the Spirt of God or that other kingdom. This isn't to bring condemnation but truth for change. Think about it, up until this moment in your life as you look back even over yesterday, you are walking in what you have been thinking. Scriptures say we are what we think. So we have to ask ourselves, have we been walking in absolute peace or did we lose our patience, think negatively, or react poorly? I believe we all have room for improvement, because the fruit of walking in the Spirit is that fruit comes... peace, long-suffering, gentleness, meekness, and the like. Anything contrary comes form that other kingdom (Galatians 5:22-23). We need to start paying attention to our thoughts, because where our thoughts go our body follows. We become what we have been thinking. Reaping and sowing in our thoughts, manifests in our body with perfect homeostasis (health) or dis-ease (unhealthy).
Remember, Romans 12:2 says we are not to be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our mind so you will KNOW what is good, and acceptable and the perfect will of God.
MEDITATE THROUGHOUT THE DAY:
Psalm 23:1 - "The Lord is my Shepherd... I shall not want." Just meditate on that first verse at least five times throughout the day. Ask the Lord to show you how to make Him your Shepherd and what it means not to want.

End of Day 1
Day 1 will be the longest as it sets some ground rules and goes into the study. So be sure to just do one day at a time giving the Word time to soak in and become part of your nature and character. Remember it takes 21 days to break bad habits and develop good ones. So take your time, and enjoy the ride.
