ABOUT LIFE APPLICATION MINISTRIES, INC.

Life Application Ministries was founded in June of 1996 by Linda Lange.
​The basis for this ministry was from what God did in her life. She was brought out of fear, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, phobias and physical ailments such as irritable bowel syndrome, chemical sensitivity, candida, lower back pain, and stress related disorders. Living free from these ailments now shares her journey with others. What God does for one, He will do for another, even you!
She has written over 30 books that relate to various areas of life that she has gained victory in. One thing she has said, "I will not write on anything I have not obtained the victory!" She lives what she teaches and others are finding help in a time of desperate need. 

MISSION STATEMENT

Life Application Ministries and Restoring Your Life outreach are designed to build up the body of Christ by offering teachings, testimonials, revelations with practical application. As they are equipped, they can then help others. This is true discipleship. is recovering ourselves from the snare of the devil so that we can help others recover themselves thorugh truth. (2 Tim. 2:24-26, and John 8:32)..

Acts 26:18 "To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in Me."

TEACHING DOCTRINE

There are three basic foundations for this ministry
  • Reconciling ourselves to God's love 
  • Forgiving from our hearts
  • Walking in Truth
The teaching provide by Life Application Ministries is patterned after 2 Timothy 2:24-26:

"The servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; and that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him (the devil) at his will.

This ministry deals with the heart of man. If we have trials and tribulations that the world gives, this is not the same as a spiritually rooted issue. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers them out of them all (Psalm 34:19)  We need to understand that in order to trust God in all things, we need to "know" Him in character and know Him in truth. We find that Christians don't have this solid foundation so that when a trial comes they struggle more than necessary. If we obtained peace in relationship with God, then we can go through anything, because we believe that God loves us and has our good in mind. We can go through a storm and not be shaken. We can face a trial that won't defeat us. We can do all things through Christ's strength (Philippians 4:13). But in order to see the Biblical principles and promises in our lives, we need to get first things first.

We are establishing or re-establishing the basic foundations for a Christian. Yes, we are teaching the things that every believer should already know, but unfortunately, do not. Once a person has obtained the basics needed, then they have what they need to continue to live in victory with the Lord as He leads. Once we have passed through what is taught here, we are ready to go out into the world, teaching and baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

  1. We believe the church is the body of Christ, comprised of those who have been born again, thus becoming members of His body (man, woman or child), I Corinthians 12:12-13. Each member is the body and has been given gifts differing by the Holy Spirit to use these gifts to build up the body for the work of the ministry. Romans 12:3-8; I Corinthians 12;7-11; Ephesians 4:11-16that .
  2. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and that it is the final authority for life and truth, II Peter 1:20,21.
  3. We believe that there is one God - represented in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, each with individual personality, yet all one God. Matthew 28:19; II Corinthians 13:13; 1 John 5:6-9.
  4. We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, God's Son, and that He came to earth manifested in the flesh and died on the cross so that all may be saved through faith in Him, John 3:16,17; Romans 5:8.
  5. We believe that man was created by God in His own image but fell into sin through disobedience "so that death passed upon all men, for all have sinned." Romans 3:23; 5:12.
  6. We believe that the only way to heaven is through Jesus and the experience of the new birth. This salvation is the gift of God's grace and is received by faith, John 3:1-7; John 14:6; Ephesians 2:8-9.
  7. We believe in the continuing work of the Holy Spirit in the believer's life as the believer grows in grace, manifested in the fruit of the Spirit, Galatians 5:22-23. 
  8. We do not believe that any singular gift is the witness of the presence of the Holy Spirit, as each person who has received Christ as Savior "has" the Holy Spirit which seals us to salvation, 1 Corinthians; Ephesians 4:30.
  9. We believe Jesus Christ rose from the dead and that His resurrection is the guarantee of the resurrection of all human beings -- believers to eternal life and unbelievers to eternal punishment, Romans 6:23; I Corinthians 15:12-19.
  10. We believe that Jesus Christ will come again, returning in power and great glory, Acts 1:11; I Thessalonians 4:13-18. We believe that there is room for differing interpretations about the chronology of the events of the "last times." The Biblical admonition is to "…keep watch, because you do not know what day your Lord will come, Matthew 24:42.
  11. We believe that communion, baptism and foot washing are the divine sacraments of the church. Communion provides an opportunity for the believer to "proclaim the death of Christ", I Corinthians 11:17-32. Water baptism, distinguished from the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:11-17) is an outward step of obedience, confirming what God has done for us inwardly through the new birth, Acts 2:38-41; Romans 6:1-4. and foot washing presents the service to one to another in fellowship and love, John 13.
  12. We believe that the great commission is to love. This ministry's foundation is focused on love and forgiveness toward God, ourself and others. We believe that by having revelation in these areaa will produce the fruit desired. Matthew 22:38-40; James 2:8.
  13. We believe in the Scriptural mandate to every believer to evangelize the lost and respond to the call to both local and foreign missions. Matthew 28;19,20; Acts 1:8.
